    At Tianyu Gems, we are committed to providing our clients with high-quality custom jewelry, moissanite, lab-grown diamonds, and gemstones. We warrant that all jewelry and gemstones purchased directly from us will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.
    Our moissanite, lab-grown diamonds, and lab-grown gemstones are crafted to the highest standards and inspected carefully in our factory prior to shipment. Their optical brilliance, fire, and clarity will never fade or cloud over time.
    We proudly offer a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty to all of our customers, regardless of the type or price of the item. This warranty is valid from the original date of purchase, applies only to items purchased from Tianyu Gems, and is non-transferable.
    Please note that slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics, or internal inclusions, visible or otherwise, in colored gemstones are unique and individual to each item. These characteristics are considered as part of the character of the item, and should not be considered a defect.

    Exclusions from the Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty
    While we stand firmly behind the quality of our products, the following are not covered under our warranty:
    • 1. Normal wear and tear, surface scratches, accidental damage, product loss, or theft.
    • 2. Fading or discoloration of metals due to improper care (e.g., exposure to hot tubs, swimming pools, harsh chemicals, perfumes, or cleaning agents).
    • 3. Wear of precious metal components (such as prongs) may thin over time and lead to stones becoming loose. This is considered normal usage, not a defect.
    • 4. Loss of gemstones or diamonds caused by trauma, impact, or damage.

    Notice on Silver Tarnishing
    Silver is an active metal and may naturally oxidize over time, leading to slight discoloration or tarnishing. This is a normal property of silver jewelry and not considered a defect in quality or craftsmanship.

    Common factors that accelerate tarnishing include exposure to chemicals (perfume, cleaning agents), cosmetics, sweat, hot tubs, swimming pools, or wearing during bathing. To maintain its shine, we recommend avoiding such conditions, cleaning regularly, and storing properly.

    Please note that Tianyu Gems is not responsible for tarnishing or discoloration caused by natural oxidation. Still, we do offer services such as rhodium plating to enhance durability and long-lasting brilliance.

    ✨ Note: To ensure the longevity of your jewelry, we recommend proper care and maintenance. Regular inspections and professional cleaning can help keep your jewelry in the best condition. You will be responsible for any cost of shipment of your jewelry/gems to Tianyu Gems, and we will not be responsible for any damage or loss during shipment.
