Laser removal of polycrystals is to filter the diamond raw materials to improve its clarity and grade, so as to better design the diamond shape and size.

2. Diamond shape and size design:

The original diamond material will be placed on a professional machine, and the computer-aided design system will be used to analyze the original diamonds, and then use a very precise laser beam to mark their surface; design what shape we should cut. At the same time, we also support the customization of diamonds of various shapes and sizes.

3. Grinding forming process:

Put the designed shape on a professional encircling machine, and the machine will cut the encircle according to the specific production data to complete the final diamond shape, and then send it for polishing.

4. Professional high-tech precision polishing process:

Polishing is the process of cutting the diamond surface; we perform a series of processing such as polishing on the rough diamond stone to make the diamond surface smoother and more delicate, and it is easier to reflect the brilliant light; to complete the final diamond product.

5. Quality inspection:

Quality inspection is to check whether the diamond meets our production quality standards. When manual quality inspection finds unqualified places, the quality inspector will mark them with a pen, and then reprocess them in a targeted manner. After the reprocessing is completed, check again until it meets the production quality standards.
