Jewelry Customized Service:

We accept custom designs and can make the items according to your specifications.

Please send us the design (picture or sample) you are interested in, along with your specifications, such as the metal purity, gemstone shape, measurements (in millimeters), ring size, and so on.

You will need to pay a $50-$200 deposit (depending on the design's complexity) to proceed with this custom design project.  

2) Our designers will finish the CAD graphic for you within one week, and we will send the CAD for confirmation before the physical product is made. After receiving your confirmation, our professional jewellery artisan will complete your custom jewellery in 10-20 working days. 

However, if you are unwilling to continue the project after receiving the CAD graphic, $50-$200 will be deducted from the deposit as the design labor fee.

All of our customized products are produced directly from the CAD drawings. However, due to the inevitable deviation in size or appearance during the handcrafting process, please choose carefully if you are pursuing perfection.

After your jewelry is finished, we will send you videos and pictures to confirm details. After shipping, I will inform you the tracking number, please keep tracking by yourself when you get it. Please do not let the shipper put the package in front of the door to avoid loss that we cannot control.

Your item usually deliver within 5-14 working days after shipment, if it has not been delivered by this time, don't hesitate to get in touch with your local Courier company.
