Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Tianyu Gems offers a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty for items purchased directly from us. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery and applies from the original purchase date.

What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, surface scratches, accidental damage, loss, theft, discoloration caused by improper care, loosening due to long-term wear of precious metal parts, or gemstone loss caused by trauma or impact. Silver tarnishing caused by natural oxidation is also not considered a defect.

Can I return or exchange an order?
Eligible orders may be refunded or exchanged within 15 days after receipt, provided the item is unused, unworn, returned with original packaging and certificate, and passes quality inspection. Customized, engraved, or personalized jewelry cannot be refunded or exchanged unless there is a confirmed defect.

Are custom orders refundable?
Custom-made, engraved, personalized, and other non-ready-to-ship items are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a verified manufacturing defect. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the production stage.
